February 2026 5.00The host was friendly and helpful. The property was exactly as shown in the photos. A pleasant surprise was the three minute drive to the public beach featuring free parking. If Cape Coral is the location for you, this is a clean, quiet condo at a fair price.

December 2024 5.00Amazing location and lovely little apartment. It was perfect for my partner and me. The outdoor space on the canal is amazing and we biked every day to the Yacht Club beach. We had a fantastic vacation and I highly recommend this place! Only issue is that the bikes need some TLC.
The apartment was exactly as described. The area is quiet and peaceful. inquiries we made were immediately responded to . Great hosts We had never been to Cape Coral, but found it friendly with lots of restaurants and beautiful parks
